ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN

The customer has the right to cancel his order within 14 days of receiving the products. After this, we are not obliged to accept the products back. The customer should contact info@cccase.fi by email to receive return instructions. Please note that we do not accept returns that have not been agreed upon with us and that have not been returned in accordance with the instructions. The customer pays the postage and packaging costs incurred by the return.

The right of return (14 days after sending the cancellation notice) applies only to completely new, salable and unused products.

There is no right of exchange or return for products ordered separately from the factory for the customer or the customized projects like custom foams.

Changing the product

The customer has the right to exchange the ordered product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be completely unused and in salable condition. The sealed product must be unopened. The customer pays the postage and packaging costs incurred by the return. The exchange must be agreed with us in advance. You can reach us by email at info@cccase.fi. We do not redeem products sent for exchange without an agreement.

Return conditions

• You can return the product you ordered 14 days after delivery.
• You must state why you are returning the product.
• The product must be returned within 14 days of the return notice.
• The returned product must be like new, completely unused and in its original packaging.
• You must pay the costs incurred by the return (such as postage.)
• You must provide us with the shipment tracking code.

Return process

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Contact customer service (info@cccase.fi). We will send you a return form.

Step 2: Submit your order
Send us the product(s) you are returning and the completed return form. Make sure you provide us with the package tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for providing the tracking code of the package and this way we avoid misunderstandings in possible problem situations related to the arrival of the returned product.

Step 3: We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for the product
We are obliged to refund the amount to be returned within 14 days from the day we have received the product return.
